Operations Administrator

Job Summary:
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, providing customer support, and assisting with various projects to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents.
- Utilize Microsoft OneDrive to create and maintain electronic files and documents.
- Support the operations team with clerical duties and data entry tasks.
- Assist in computerizing processes to streamline operations.
- Provide excellent customer support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of tasks.
- Handle tasks related to HVAC/Service receptionist duties.
- Contribute to company administrative functions, including payroll, as needed.
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft OneDrive for document management and communication.
- Strong administrative skills with experience in clerical tasks.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and file management.
- Prior experience in HVAC/ Service Customer Support roles is advantageous.
- Phone skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in HVAC/ Service administrative tasks is beneficial.
