Store Manager Job Description
We expect our store manager candidates to be in constant contact with the staff, customers and management. The store Manager will need to monitor the overall operations and financial performance of the store and make sure that staff is providing the highest quality customer service.

Responsibilities of a Store Manager
- Recruit, train, and oversee staff members
- Ensure the store maintains adequate staffing levels consistently
- Manage financial records to optimize profitability and productivity
- Efficiently handle all purchasing activities to minimize costs and maintain timeliness
- Execute inventory responsibilities, including vendor check-ins, accurate product pricing, and labeling
- Enforce strict adherence to loss prevention protocols
- Supervise the organization and cleanliness of the store, both internally and externally, encompassing restrooms, floors, countertops, shelves, displays, merchandise, and outdoor areas such as the parking lot and fuel dispensers
- Ensure all food service equipment is operational, well-maintained, and hygienic
- Document incidents and promptly address customer concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations at all times
- Create and set up promotional displays and materials to attract customers

Store Manager Job Requirements
Store Manager will have:
- 5+ years of retail experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and possibly Spanish, both in written and oral form
- Strong capability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
