Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Specialist/Office Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and assist in coordinating office activities, while working with the CEO on day-to-day tasks that are requested upon.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answering customer calls, collecting payments, and reporting for clients
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills & experience with fast-paced work environments
- Customer phone experience, excellent communication skills, & goal-oriented
- Ability to coordinate projects effectively
- Proficient in administrative and clerical tasks
- Knowledge of event planning processes
- Computer proficiency with the ability to use various software programs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Typing proficiency

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
