The Nurse Risk Manager will report to the Vice President of Quality and Risk Management and will help lead an amazing team of Registered Nurses. The Nurse Leader will play a vital role in upholding quality standards and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager of Risk Management will also be responsible for developing quality improvement initiatives and identifying risk factors.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting. Preferred requirements include CPHQ or CPHC certification, 3+ years of nurse leadership experience and at least 2 years of experience working in Risk Management or Compliance.
