Join our team as Marketing Coordinator and play a critical role in the growth of ResiBrands as we continue to expand our franchisee network and ensure their onboarding process is as smooth as possible. Your marketing prowess paired with superb analytical and organizational skills will be immensely valuable in smoothing bringing on our new franchisees, working with them on marketing budgets, and ensuring that each new franchisee is set up for success. The ideal candidate is a marketing expert who is adept at juggling multiple priorities at once, and has an understanding of the digital ads and creative process.
What You'll Be Working On:
Ensuring new franchisees have all marketing information and deliverables needed to prepare for a successful launch
Working closely with franchisees to establish marketing budgets
Collaborate with account managers and internal marketing team in establishing social accounts and content readiness
Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
Assisting in planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring With You:
Associates Degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
Understanding of various social media platforms, along with digital ads and creative process.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable talking with people on the phone and working with them face-to-face.
Great pride in delivering excellent client experiences.
You're organized and know how to set priorities. You are deadline oriented, follow through on your commitments, multi-task and pay attention to the details.
Flexibility with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
