Inside Sales Representative

A2P is looking for an experienced, talented, and competitive Inside Sales Representative to add to our inhouse Sales Department in Allegan, MI, and offers excellent compensation along with organic career growth opportunities based on results. Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through company provided leads, CRM Data Base and CMD/Dodge project leads follow-up, outbound cold calls, existing quotes and emails
- Maintain CRM Data Base daily
- Specific territory assignment
- Construction selling experience cradle to grave
- Lead calls
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and improving goodwill of the compa
- Informs customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer
- Represents the Company in resolving customer issues or complaints
- Understand customer needs and what product they need
- Perform virtual AIA continuing education lunch in learn meetings as required
- Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Work with Territory Field Sales Rep

Skills/Experience
- Proven inside sales experience, construction, manufacturing sales preferred
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Technical / Mechanical aptitude a plus
- Strong phone presence and experience in high volume outbound sales calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills
- Hard worker and persistent
- Calling on leads
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- CRM knowledge and experience a plus
- 4-year degree in Business preferred or equivalent work experience
- 2-year+ experience in Sales a plus
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 based on experience
Commission: earn commission on every sale, no cap
