What We Need
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Vendor Integration Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our vendor partners can effectively access and integrate with our platform. The Vendor Integration Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting access issues, supporting technical integrations, providing training, and supporting our operational and implementation leaders. Understands customers objectives, processes, and products as well as the business systems capabilities to support development and implementation of vendor solutions.
What You Will Do
- Vendor Access Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve vendor access issues to our platform.
- Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions to identify recurring problems and areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with vendors regarding access issues.
- Operational and Implementation Support:
- Assist operational and implementation leaders in identifying gaps in the integration process.
- Provide troubleshooting support and identify potential solutions to integration challenges.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss integration issues and improvement.
- Technical Integration Testing and Training:
- Conduct thorough user testing of technical integrations to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Create comprehensive documentation and user guides to support integration training initiatives.
- Technical Integration Troubleshooting and Communication:
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical integration issues promptly.
- Communicate the status of integration issues and resolutions to vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure all integration requirements are met.
- Testing New Functionality:
- Create test plans and test new functionality and features of the platform prior to release from a user perspective.
- Provide feedback and recommendations based on testing results to enhance platform performance.
- Ensure that new functionalities meet the requirements and expectations of both vendors and internal teams.
What You Have

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in support functions, particularly in systems integrations and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare or DME industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
