Job Description:
Looking for an individual to perform various clerical duties in our Eliot, Maine and York, Maine offices. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, scanning documents, printing tax packets, and paying bills. This is an entry level job, but there is definite room for advancement in the areas of accounting and tax if that is desired.
Application Requirements:
- Minimal Requirements: Basic Microsoft Office skills. Interpersonal and telephone skills.
- Bookkeeping and tax software skills a bonus, but not required. We are more than willing to train the right person.
- Applicant must be willing to learn new skills and adapt to new knowledge and procedures.
- As the first person seen by clients, candidates must dress and behave in a professional manner.
- Applicant should have a reliable means of transportation.
Job Type:
Part-time
- Approximately 24 hours per week during off season (June through December)
- Option for up to 40 hours per week during tax season (January through May)
