SUMMARY
The Crew Member is responsible for delivering great and friendly service. You’ll prepare
products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a
clean, fast paced environment. You’ll work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and
give them a reason to come back.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
● Adhere to company standards and service levels.
● Follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of
kitchen and dining areas.
● Follow operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and
ordinances.
● Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and service.
● Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper
uniforms, and appearance standards.
● Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all
appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite).
● Must be eligible to work in the United States.
● Capable of counting money and making change
● Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
● Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
● Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance.
● Ability to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards.
● Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff and customers.

● Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and

● Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested
WORKING CONDITIONS
● Hours may vary if crew member must fill in for his/her fellow employees or if
emergencies arise (typical work week = 30 hours).
● Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting products and
supplies weighing 50 pounds, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
● Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operates phones, computers,
fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
