They work 4 10's, Monday-Thursday from 6am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch. You must be willing to work OT as needed as well. The company does bonus their team members as well for high performance.
Responsibilities:
- Translating blueprints and technical schematics into tangible, intricate designs
- Streamlining our Finish/Carpentry procedures to optimize efficiency and excellence
- Collaborating closely with a team of proficient fabricators, welders, and designers
- Taking charge of projects from inception to completion, ensuring unparalleled outcomes
- Oversee and leverage sub contractors
- Upholding a safe, orderly, and immaculate work environment
- Continuously refining skills and integrating new methodologies and technologies
To excel in this role, you'll require:
- 5-10 years of experience in Carpentry, Finishing, painting, or framing within the industry
- Proficiency in crafting and installing construction elements in alignment with company standards
- Mastery of all facets of finish work, encompassing framing, drywall installation, cabinetry fitting, flooring, caulking, bodywork, and painting
- Leadership capabilities, adept at supervising teams and adept at troubleshooting
- Experience in training, alongside generating reports and updates on ongoing projects
- Proficient blueprint interpretation and technical drawing comprehension
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- Dedication to safety, quality, and collaborative teamwork
Education:
- Diploma or GED equivalent
