**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team in providing exceptional hospitality services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and customer service, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
**Duties:**
- Oversee daily operations of the front desk, including check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage guest relations and address any issues or complaints promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests
- Train and supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Utilize phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests
- Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably within a hotel setting
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Ability to perform night audit duties accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage front desk operations effectively
