Front Desk Supervisor Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk area
- Manage a team of front desk staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, including cleanliness and organization
- Manage reservations and check-ins/check-outs efficiently
- Assist with night audit duties as needed
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
Skills:
- Strong hospitality management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
