Job Summary:
Estimating:
We are seeking a highly skilled heavy civil, sitework dedicated Senior Estimator & Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of estimators. This position will look for, analyze and distribute each bid opportunity to the estimating team and spear head efforts for the company. Each bid will need to be reviewed in-depth prior to submitting to client. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage a young and aggressive estimating team, overseeing various projects in the estimating phase, ensuring deadlines are met, specifications are read and understood, and take-offs are thorough.
Responsibilities:
- Foster existing client relationships
- Build future key client relationships
- Look for opportunities to increase sales, grow the company and profitability on projects
- Ensure documentation for project turnovers are ready for hand-off
- Manage a team of estimators
- Work hand-in-hand with operations, shop staff and ownership
Project Management:
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Implement cost control measures to keep projects within budget
- Negotiate contracts and prices with vendors and subcontractors
- Utilize construction estimating software B2W
- Utilize softwares such as Agtek, Planswift and Bluebeam for efficient document management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Extreme proficiency in B2W (Bid 2 Win) platform
- Proven experience in heavy civil work
- Strong knowledge of sitework processes, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and drive project success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
