Intermountain Wood Products is a wholesale hardwood distributor seeking a hard working individual to join our customer service team. Customer Service and Inside Sales Responsibilities- Primary role
- Working on the order desk, helping walk-in customers, and processing orders
- Answering phone calls, helping customers with inquiries
- Supporting outside sales associates
- Offering the best in customer service by going the extra mile
- Strong communication and computer skills required
- Warehouse Responsibilities
- - Secondary role
- Assist will-call customers by finding and helping load products
- Identifying, pulling and packaging products according to customer expectations
- Driving the forklift
- Organizing, receiving product, and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Lifting up to 50 lbs when needed
Full time position, Monday through Friday, generally between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm.
Desired Experience: Customer service or inside sales experience required. Building supply, cabinetry, hardwood, flooring, B2B, or wholesale experience is not required but is desired. Some college education is desired also but not required.
- Pre-employment drug screens are required.
- Compensation: $18.00-$20.00 Hourly, depending on experience.
