Overview:
Evolve Psychiatry is a mid-large sized Psychiatry practice who is looking to expand their administrative team. Evolve Psychiatry is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our team. In this position you will be working closely with our Practice Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks and possess strong organizational skills. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic & fast pace environment and support the daily operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities
- Perform data entry, maintain files, and records
- Coordinate project-related tasks and assist with project coordination
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings
- Handle patient inquiries and provide support
- Building management support
- Act as a primary liaison between office manager and internal/external contact, maintaining relationships in a professional manner
- Help create agendas for meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role
- Associates Degree or similar level of experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Gmail, Google meet and computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Previous experience working in medical is a plus
- Previous experience working in facilities/building management is a plus
- Previous experience working in the legal field (example: paralegal) is a plus
- Previous experience working in an administrative role/business is a plus
- Previous experience working with ECW is a plus
