Estimating Coordinator Team

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and compliance of final proposal documents, including reviewing for grammar, spelling, and typographical errors.
- Analyze the requested documents to ensure adequate information for budget and proposal preparation is provided.
- Utilize comprehensive reading skills to understand and interpret complex documents and instructions.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support implementation.
- Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Prepare high-quality and accurate documents in accordance with agreed strategy and sponsor expectations, even under the pressure of changing timelines.
- Present progress and results of tasks to management and other stakeholders, in-person or through digital formats.
- Conduct regular analyses of processes and procedures, making adjustments when necessary.
- Coordinate and conduct proposal progress status meetings, track completion of action items, and maintain the proposal schedule.
- Oversee all proposal activities, including directing proposal personnel, managing schedules and deadlines, and monitoring progress and quality.
- Create the proposal outline based on preparation instructions and evaluation criteria and use it to track progress and compliance.
- Collaborate with Estimators to develop final project proposals and all required documentation.
Qualifications:
- Strong command of the English language with excellent reading and comprehension skills.
- Proficiency in technical writing, ensuring clarity and precision in documentation.
- Experience with federal contracts is a plus.
- Solid leadership, time management, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail in evaluating the completion of various phases of a project.
- Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment as well as prioritize assignments from multiple individuals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft's suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Technology and computer savvy - must be able to navigate computer programs and the Internet easily.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
