We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling phone calls, checking and sorting the mail, and providing administrative support to office staff.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Checking, sorting and filing mail, some mail scanning and uploading
- Develop and maintain a positive and professional office environment.
- Receive packages and guest drop-offs
- Data entry
- Responding promptly to emails and messages
- Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including ordering supplies, preparing reports, and supporting special projects.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience as a receptionist in an administrative support role.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in an office setting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
