Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Overview: We are a National Healthcare Education company seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. The Sales Operations Manager will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, finance, and operations to streamline processes, implement sales and implementation processes, and optimize the overall performance of the sales organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and implementation processes, and best practices to drive customer success, increase revenue, and expansions are essential.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to the sales team and senior management.
- Manage and optimize the sales CRM system (e.g., HubSpot), including data management, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Work cross-functionally to improve sales and operational efficiency, aligning sales objectives with business strategy.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure alignment of sales and operations to ensure smooth transition of customer accounts for exceptional delivery.
- Prepare regular sales forecasting reports and analyze variances to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making.
- Implement and monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate sales effectiveness and productivity.
- Train and support sales teams and cross-functional team on processes, tools, and systems to enhance their effectiveness and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance the customer experience.
- Partner with finance to track new account performance, and manage sales compensation plans, incentives, and commissions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Healthcare, Education, Medical Device or EHS industry experience helpful.
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
