**Responsibilities: **
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless handover of qualified prospects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, and progress toward targets.
- Participate in the development of strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
**Requirements: **
- Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar role.
- Staffing industry knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and initiating contact with potential clients.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
