We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in performing the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
- Perform general secretarial duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize filing systems and documents.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Transcribe and type documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service.
- Support front desk duties as required.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a secretary or bookkeeper.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office management software.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Must be fluent in QuickBooks, Google Docs, and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
