As we continue to grow, we seek a personable, motivated, and reliable part-time office assistant to support our daily operations and provide administrative assistance across various departments within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional support to our large network of vendors and customers
- Assist account manager team in processing, sending and confirming customer orders as needed
- Carefully and accurately classify invoice data in collaboration with accounting team
- Maintain optimal levels of office supplies by managing inventory and initiating timely replenishment orders.
- Handle outgoing and incoming mail, ensuring prompt distribution and organization
- Organize and maintain digital filing system for bills and invoices
- Maintain organized internal email correspondences
- Undertake various office tasks and provide project assistance as needed
- Enter new vendor and customer information into a database
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute engaging office events
- Arrange appointments and service calls for the office
- Assist with aging reports requiring invoices or signed PODs
Experience
- Customer service: 1 year
- Office experience: 1 year
- Administrative assistance: 1 year
- Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel): 1 year

Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- Approximately 25 hours per week
- 9:00-3:00 (flexible schedule and 1 hour break)
