Job Title: Senior Security and HCM Workday HRIS Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Security and HCM Workday HRIS Analyst to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security and efficiency of our Workday HCM systems, supporting our strategies for automation and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in Workday security, system configuration, and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on developing and managing secure, efficient HRIS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration and Maintenance:

Lead the configuration and ongoing maintenance of Workday HCM modules, focusing on security and system performance.

Document all configuration and design activities thoroughly within function areas.

Ensure systems are configured to maximize efficiency and compliance with established best practices.

Stay updated with new Workday releases and ensure timely system updates and testing.
Security Management and Compliance:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive security policies and procedures for Workday environments.

Administer smart audit functions, managing any highlighted risks and escalating issues to the Global HRIS Manager as needed.

Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for managing domain security, business process security, segmented security, integration of security, and proxy access across all supported platforms.

Partner with internal and external auditors to maintain and enhance security frameworks.

Perform periodic reviews to ensure the security access and control environment evolves to meet organizational needs and compliance requirements.

Process Improvement and Automation:

Analyze existing HR processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.

Design and implement process improvements and automation solutions within the Workday system.
Project Management and Collaboration:

Serve as a project lead for HRIS initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with HR, IT, Audit, and other stakeholders to align HRIS strategies with organizational goals.

Provide training and support to HR team members and end users, enhancing their Workday knowledge and capabilities
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Workday Security certification is preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS roles, with at least 3 years specializing in Workday systems.

Strong knowledge of payroll, integrations, and HR operations, particularly within a secure framework.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.

Effective communication and collaboration skills.
