Position: Operations Coordinator
Desired Experiences: Must be a licensed real estate agent. Experience in the following industries: Construction/Land Development, Staffing/Consulting. Exposure to or expertise with professional writing and technology/automation.
Type: 1099 contract, part-time hourly, remote (preferred to be in or near the Atlanta, GA area)
Pay: $20-$30/hour, depending on experience
Hours: 10-20/week (potential to increase over time if desired)
Start date: ASAP
Mission:
We are seeking a licensed real estate agent, entrepreneurial with high organizational and communication skills, looking for part-time hourly work with a real estate consulting and development firm. This person will support and right hand to the owner and managing member while assisting with even planning, launch of real estate brokerage firm and maintaining independent broker affiliation, showings and listings.
Essential Functions:
- Calendar/appointment management (personal and business)
- Event coordination including socials and fundraisers
- Holiday/client appreciation gift coordination
- Travel bookings and rewards points coordination
- Assist with launch of real estate brokerage firm
- Maintain independent broker affiliation, showing and listings
- Management of phone routing (remote system) minimal
- File and document organization and management
- Maintain succinct electronic filing system
- Utilization of Basecamp software for tasking and communication.
- Technologically savvy and able to troubleshoot technical problems such as calendar sync
- Business and personal credential management: passwords and logins
- Support to day to day operations, monitor progress and deadlines, maintain awareness of business happenings
- Contract and document management and writing process documentation
- Coordination with outsourced accounting functions and third party CPA
- Coordination with professional service providers: bank, insurance, and legal
Prerequisites/Skills/Attributes:
- Self motivated/self starter/tech savvy- the ideal candidate must be detailed oriented and capable of juggling a number of open tasks. This is a fast past, multi-faceted role which requires problem solving on the spot with creative solutions.
- Proficiency, creativity and speed with internet searches, technology programs and platforms and the ability to quickly learn new programs (Basecamp, Hubspot CRM or similar, Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro, Quickbooks)
- Creative thinking/problem solver/self-teaching proficiency
- Highly organized and disciplined in approach to work/life: Ability to clearly demonstrate a seasoned and successful personal operating system.
- Ability to multi-task and remain stable, calm and focused with multiple deadlines and multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
- Good listener and communicator. Confident to speak, maturity to actively listen
- Ability to demonstrate prior experience and comfort level operating successfully in a remote business environment with minimal direction and oversight.
- Ability to demonstrate track record of transparency, care and trust in handling sensitive information.
- Flexible work hours but with “on demand” situations which arise during business hours.
- Standing weekly touchpoint to review and align priorities.
- Electronic notary or willingness to promptly obtain.
