Job Overview: We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development / Sales Executive to join our team in the cosmetics and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a deep understanding of the beauty market, and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.
- Sales:
- Drive sales growth through effective strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaboration:
- Work with marketing, product development, and operations teams.
- Provide feedback to support new product and marketing strategies.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows.
- Reporting:
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales in the cosmetics/beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of the beauty market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- MBA or relevant Bachelor's degree.

Pay: $145,196.32 - $190,268.69 per year
