-Closes register daily, prepares deposits, organize register transactions, processes financial payments
-Communicate with owners, managers and sales associates
-Administers office operations or specialized business functions.
-Handles confidential and non-routine information.
-Updates company’s system as needed
-Creates and updates spreadsheet, pulls information for reporting purposes
-Ensure proper documentation of sister company
-Sort and distribute mail
-Other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be proficient in MS word, Excel, Power Point, and the Internet.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly desired)
* A professional appearance and telephone manner is essential.
* Must have good command of the English language, oral and written.
* Must be able to type 40-45 wpm.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
* A High School Diploma or GED required.
* 1-3 years of related experience preferred
