**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.
**Duties:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry and order entry tasks accurately
- Transcribe messages and distribute correspondence
- Assist with office management duties as needed
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions
- Provide administrative support to various departments
- Coordinate projects and manage calendars efficiently
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Experience with administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
- Familiarity with janitorial receptionist duties is a plus
- Strong project coordination and calendar management skills
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written)
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
