Kickstart Orthotic & Prosthetic company located in Oakland, Pleasant Hill and San Francisco. We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated, compassionate and detail-oriented candidate to join our team.
MUST HAVE SKILLS: Patient scheduling, Patient data input and Knowledge of insurance carriers including Medicare, Medi-Cal and commercial insurances.
DME or Orthotics & Prosthetics is a plus
A friendly personality, enthusiastic, organized, detailed oriented with excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong customer service skills are required as well.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and greet scheduled patients
Ability to answer phone and navigate multiple calls
Patient scheduling
Patient data input
Light patient payment posting
Maintain patient files
Maintain stocked inventory
Other office duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in health related, clinical front desk setting
Exemplary customer service skills is essential
Strong verbal communication skills
Punctual
Ability to multi-task
Computer proficient
Must treat all encounters and information with discretion and confidentiality as per HIPPA
Pleasant, friendly, dependable, good interpersonal skills, maintain professional mannerism when under pressure.
Ability to recognize and solve problems

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
