Overview:
This position will assist in managing various aspects of the MLS/SUM event operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of MLS/SUM events (including but not limited to Domestic Tent Pole events, International Friendlies and Leagues Cup).
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Soccer/Tournament Operations Center, as necessary.

Develop dashboards and processes to enable information flow and track status, key dates, deadlines for events.

Assist department in updating key documents for tent pole events (i.e., Stadium profiles, Training Site Profiles)

Carry out inventory management and support with shipping logistics for our tent pole events.

Assist Venue Manager and Match Coordinator for assigned MLS and SUM Events, as assigned by department leadership.
- Travel up to 25%

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree

1-2 years of experience in similar role is preferred
Required Skills

Knowledge of the sport of soccer

Conversational or Fluency in Spanish is required

Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Product Suites and Adobe Creative Suite

Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving skills
