As a Residential Remodeler Lead, you will play a key role in the renovation and improvement of residential properties. You will be responsible for performing various construction tasks to ensure the successful completion of remodeling projects. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and other residential spaces.
- Perform carpentry, drywall installation, painting, tiling, flooring, and other construction tasks.
- Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the remodeling process.
- Mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate project progress and updates to company management.
**MUST have experience in oil base paint spray. **

The ideal applicant would have at least 5 years of painting/drywall experience, ability to pick up on new skills quickly, and be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Residential Remodel Lead or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of residential remodeling processes, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to read and following instruction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in various construction skills, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and flooring.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
