```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and accounts
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive insights
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and negotiation strategies
- Excellent account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Experience in technical sales or selling complex products/services is preferred
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
- Proven track record of leading a successful sales team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Must have experience in the food equipment industry, rotisseries preferred.
- Must be able to travel all over the United States whenever we need them to.

Pay: $84,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
