Customer Service Representative - Paid Weekly
As an Onsite Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company at retail locations in the heart of Manhatten, NY.
This is an onsite position in a retail environment. You will work on retail promotional pods, kiosks and small events, working directly with the customers to ensure exceptional customer experiences by assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, handling transactions, and upholding our brand reputation for excellent service.
CSR Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional sales support.
- Present the client's products/services to showcase their value.
- Educate customers about featured products and promotions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer interests.
- Tailor solutions to match customer needs and exceed their expectations.
- Upsell products and services where suitable.
- Collaborate with the team to identify potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
