Description:
ConnectUs (www.connectuscorp.com) is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is crucial in ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic initiatives by managing day-to-day administrative and operational tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:

Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets and other documents.

Coordinate and prioritize the CEO’s emails, calls, and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

Order office supplies and keep office areas presentable and organized

Create and document processes and standard operating procedures
Meeting Coordination:

Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda setting, taking minutes, and distributing post-meeting action items.

Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings and executive presentations.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth meeting logistics.
Project Management:

Support the CEO in managing key projects and initiatives by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.

Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

Coordinate cross-departmental projects and ensure alignment with the CEO’s strategic priorities.
Travel and Event Planning:

Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.

Organize and coordinate events, both internal and external, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed.
Confidentiality and Professionalism:

Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Represent the CEO professionally in all interactions, both internally and externally.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably reporting to C-level executives.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
