We are looking for a Chef Manager who can oversee all aspects of a corporate cafe kitchen, from managing the staff to handling the budget. The successful candidate for this position must be able to effectively communicate with both staff and customers. We are looking for someone with corporate cafe experience/sous chef experience, has managed people and is a reliable self starter, can multi task and experienced working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work in the kitchen/cook
- Provide guidance and delegate staff.
- Place food orders
- understand food cost
- Manage all food safety aspects of kitchen operations and help maintain cleanliness of kitchen, cafe, and dining area.
- understand the clientele who is in the building and cater good selections to that.
- Guide and manage staff through daily operations
