Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing:
Achieves monthly sales quota of devices, accessories, and applicable services. Achieves monthly-targeted Customer Satisfaction objectives.
Drives Sales through customer follow up and referrals.
2. Products and Services:
Maintains knowledge of all devices, accessories, pricing and services. Understands the features and operations of devices and educates the customers.
Activates devices through current systems.
3. Cash/Asset Management:
4. Knowledge & Development. Completes all required training in a timely manner, including the T-Mobile New Hire curriculum path for the position. Performs duties in a team environment while making decisions that are in the best interest of the customer and the company.

Expected hours: 28 – 40 per week
