As a Client Service Representative, candidates will play a pivotal role in the company's local business development and customer enrollment efforts within the community and surrounding areas. Build and maintain strong rapport with prospective customers on behalf of our clients with the shared goal of enrolling them into new services or products that best suit the customer’s needs in order to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior Client Managers to execute sales presentations directly with customer
- Articulate clients' services and offerings effectively to maximize revenue generation
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to accelerate career growth
- Stay updated on clients' outreach initiatives and local market trends

Pay is based on personal performance. Attending daily in-person meetings is a requirement of this full-time position.
