Overview:
Reporting to the Program Director, the Programs Operations Manager works as part of the Programs team to ensure that Seattle Restored is executed effectively and in a timely manner. This position involves a great deal of artist, vendor and stakeholder liaison and is central to Shunpike’s engagement with the community. Programs Operations Manager works remotely, with frequent work at the Shunpike office and at various job sites including some support for our other programs.
Current Position Responsibilities:
Priority Tasks
● Liaise with landlords, property managers, and partner organizations to develop relationships and
identify new properties.
● Lead info sessions, orientations, and review panels for program participants.
● Represent Seattle Restored and other Shunpike programs, as delegated by the Program Director,
at public events and meetings.
● Update the Seattle Restored website.
● Support with drafting and negotiating lease agreements, managing invoices, and processing payments.
● Track participant sales, surveys, and budget spending.
● Monitor and review applications for open calls and artist residencies.
● Track and report on program budgets, ensuring financial compliance and sustainability.
● Process payments and handle financial documentation for space activations.
● Monitor applicant emails from the submission site.
● Track and submit requests for certificates of insurance.
● Update and maintain the Seattle Restored website, including past participant page, Seattle
Restored proxi map, locations/venue page.
Communication and Collaboration
● Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders.
● Facilitate communication between program participants, partners, and team members.
● Prepare and distribute program-related communications, including newsletters, updates, and reports.
Data Management and Analysis
● Collect, organize, and analyze program data to inform decision-making.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, participants, and outcomes.
● Generate regular reports on program performance and impact.
Budget and Resource Management
● Assist in the development and monitoring of program budgets.
● Track program expenditures and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
● Identify and secure resources needed for program implementation.
Quality Assurance and Improvement
● Support Program Director in monitoring program activities to ensure they meet quality
standards and objectives. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact.
Stakeholder Engagement and Support
● Maintain relationships with program stakeholders, including participants, partners, and
sponsors.
● Provide support and assistance to program participants to ensure their needs are met.
● Foster a positive and collaborative program environment.
Administrative Support
● Perform general administrative tasks to support program operations.
● Maintain program documentation and records.
● Handle inquiries and provide information about the program to interested parties.
Other Staff Responsibilities:
● Attend Staff meetings, retreats, 1:1 sessions, reviews, and other Shunpike events as scheduled, and as required.
● Maintain open communications and collaboration with other Shunpike staff members, while respecting and maintaining program and position responsibilities.

● You are proficient with Word and Excel/G-suite applications.
● You have an eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
● You are proactive and enthusiastic about learning new tools.
● Able to safely lift/hold up to 50 pounds and is comfortable working outside. Need to be able to help move 100-200 lb walls for art installations, assist artists with installs, put up vinyl clings and QR codes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
