Responsibilities:
- Perform AS IS and TO BE analysis for documenting BRD, which helps transform to FRD.
- Conduct Gap Analysis, Business process analysis, and SWOT analysis.
- Work with business users eliciting business rules and various Functional & Non-Functional requirements.
- Gather requirements by conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and Fit/Gap sessions.
- Coordinate with the teams and work with users, and stakeholders to elicit the requirements using Focus groups, Interviews, and Brainstorming sessions.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis in identifying system gaps and deficiencies that required a business and technical-based approach for problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, Management or any relevant.
- Knowledge in understanding of Business Requirement Gathering, Business Process Workflow and Modelling.
- Good Knowledge in creating BRD and FRS document, User stories, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams.
- Knowledge in conducting GAP analysis and Cost/Benefit analysis, JAD sessions, User acceptance testing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
