Team Leader is responsible for management support to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
SCOPE
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Comply with all HIPPA, State, and MCO regulations.
2) Supervise Office Employee’s and Caregivers.
3) Communicate with consumers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information, and address complaints.
4) Compile, copy, sort and file records of consumers, employee’s, office activities, and other activities.
5) Greet, assist and / or direct visitors, and the public.
6) Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, voice mail systems, and computer systems.
7) Responsible for keeping office well-ordered and clean.
8) Perform all required duties and responsibilities of a Caregiver (Refer to Caregiver Employee Package of Agreement / Acknowledgement.) If required
9) Responsible for the completion of all Supervisory visits to caregivers and consumers.
10) Protect Any Information pertaining to At-Home Personal Care is property of At-Home Personal Care Services LLC. (No Exceptions)
11) Responsible for the implementation of the Electronic Voice Verification System (EVV)
12) Create EVV and / or schedules.
13) Complete New Hire and New Client files.
14) Responsible with hiring and/ or discipline branch employees.
15) Maintain Employee and Client Files
16) Supervise the completion of all employee trainings
17) Assist with payment reconcile.
18) Responsible to complete and submit payroll reports in a weekly manner.
19) Responsible for to market the agency services and recruit experienced caregivers.
20) Promptly fulfill any set goals and tasks by upper management.
21) Complete and submit all monthly reports in a timely manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Demands

The Team Leader will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. The Team Leader may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
Environmental Conditions

The office may be a busy facility. The Team Leader may have to manage a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of Caregivers, Clients, Directors, and contractors. The Team Leader may find the environment to be busy, noisy and will need excellent organizational and time and stress management skills to complete the required tasks.
Sensory Demands

Sensory demands include use of the computer, which may cause eyestrain and occasional headaches. The office may be noisy and busy making it difficult for the Team Leader to concentrate.
Mental Demands

The Team Leader will have to manage a number of requests and situations at one time. Stress may be caused by the need to complete tasks within tight deadlines.
