We are seeking a seasoned professional for a senior leadership position. As a key member of our team, the successful candidate will spearhead the development and management of our technology infrastructure, oversee the creation of the MVP, and play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO. While we embrace remote work, candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, TX, are preferred for the initial phase.
We’re looking for:
With a minimum of 5 years of relevant software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, you bring a passion for solving complex challenges and a track record of delivering innovative solutions. You have a proven ability to build products from the ground up and excel as a natural leader, taking ownership of technical projects with confidence. Your expertise spans full-stack engineering, agile development methodologies, and the ability to assess and communicate trade-offs effectively, ensuring optimal functionality, resource allocation, and speed.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and the CEO to define and refine the product roadmap, aligning with strategic objectives and market demands.
Lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of end-to-end solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills.
Mentor and guide fellow engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Manage project requirements, priorities, and deliverables, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Salary Range: $150,000-$220,000 base.
