Job Description:
JadaPay is a credit card processing company based out of Corydon, IN. Technical Support Representative will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our sales agents and executive team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The technical support representative will also assist with executive assistance functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the organization.
Administrative Assistance:
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update internal databases, documents, and filing systems.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and provide appropriate responses or escalate as necessary.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and partners, providing timely and accurate information on products, services, and account-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients.
Technical Service Representative Qualifications / Skills:
- Proven experience in a clerical support role, preferably in the financial services or payment processing industry.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all documentation and records are maintained correctly.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with clients, partners, and executives.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
