Full-Time: Mon-Fri, 35 hours Flex
Salary: $50,000 per year

In this role, you will:
- Perform administrative support functions for the Director(s) of Human Resources, which includes screening visitors and phone calls, providing information, taking messages, or directing calls to appropriate personnel for processing.
- Schedule meetings on behalf of the director(s) and manage calendar.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and special projects (i.e. Forums, Blood Drive, United Way Campaign and PPC Meetings) for the Director(s) as requested.
- Run reports from HRIS, maintain various department spreadsheets and calendars such as: contact lists, phone tree, HR Birthday list, paid time off. Assists in drafting various reports for the directors.
- Be Responsible for all purchases for human resources department through Purchase Connection.
- Act as program personnel coordinator for the community resources and IT offices at Brookville by communicating information regarding policy, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist the personnel, recruiting, and benefits departments with projects as necessary and as assigned by the Director(s).
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail for the H.R. Department in Brookville, as well as, serve as a back-up for switchboard.
- Perform all other related duties as requested by supervisor.
We require:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years or more of college preferred
- Excellent organizational and communications skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications, with intermediate to advanced level MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Prior human resources experience preferred
- Previous HRIS or similar database systems experience a plus
