Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Promote our Interior Solutions Division by developing new and existing business for our Corian Design® Solid Surface and Quartz offering
- Grow Sales by:
- Running our account management process with current fabricators, kitchen and bath retailers, interior designers and new construction builders to find ways we can invest to grow their business and gain a greater share of their Corian Design® business
- Running our sales process with current and potential fabricators, kitchen and bath retailers, interior designers and new construction builders by learning about their needs and addressing those needs with a differentiated product and valued-added service solution
- Accurately collect and update customer information in our ERP system, Epicor
- Build the perceived value of Hallmark by promoting our offering with a professional demeanor
- Partner internally with other parts of our organization to cross promote products, share leads and help develop new relationships
- Be active in industry associations and attend trade shows and events to promote the Hallmark offering
- Territory: Houston, San Antonio and Austin
- This role has inside/outside (70%/30%) responsibilities. Some overnight travel required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, willing to train recent college graduates with no or limited experience
- Experience working in the residential construction industry is a plus
- Must be able to travel and hold a valid Driver’s License
- Must be comfortable managing accounts, selling to new/existing accounts, and meeting with customers virtually.
- Effective verbal, presentation and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize based on the opportunity and approach work proactively
- Desire to work in a process driven environment and to continuously learn and improve
- Interdependent personality, enjoys being part of a team approach to selling
