Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with phone systems, order entry, data entry, and possess strong computer literacy skills. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist with order entry and processing - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Experience: - Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred - Knowledge of dental receptionist, real estate administrative, or medical receptionist duties is a plus - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software - Strong computer literacy skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills We offer competitive pay based on experience.
