Good-2-Go Oregon is Central Oregon's premiere community-based support program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services are provided in the areas of Employment Supports, Life Skills Supports, and Community Inclusion.
Good-2-Go is hiring a Job Coach to support clients in maintaining their employment. Job coaching typically involves providing a client with on-site job skills training, clarifying their position and employer expectations, supporting clear communication with the employer and coworkers, and supporting the client in meeting their employment goals.
Qualified applicants:
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Show solid organization and multitasking capabilities
- Are proficient with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, ect.)
- Demonstrate the ability for creative problem solving
Job Requirements:
- Be able to pass a criminal background check,
- Be able to obtain a First-Aid/CPR certification within 90 days of employment,
- Have reliable and insured personal vehicles to use during services (with travel/mileage reimbursement), and
- Have a reliable smartphone that can be used in the field.
- Have experience and/or education in sales, marketing, or job development
Licensing requirements:
- Have one year of documented experience working either with individuals with disabilities, OR have one year of human service-related experience such as economic disadvantages, employment, abuse and neglect, substance abuse, aging, disabilities, prevention, health, cultural competencies, or housing.
AND
- Have at least one year of experience working in a specific employment field that includes supervisory and/or training duties, OR have at least six months prior experience as a job coach, OR be an instructional assistant qualified by a public school or an ESD.
General Schedule
- Good-2-Go is looking for a Full-Time or potentially a Part-Time staff member:
- Typical work hours are flexible between the hours of 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday, may include occasional weekends and evenings

Compensation:
- Starting rate between $21 and $25/ hr (DOE)

Other Info:
- All services take place during the day shift, on weekdays (Monday - Friday). This role does NOT have regular night or weekend shifts.

- This position requires rare client transportation (eg client misses the bus) and constant travel between job sites. Because of this, use of a personal vehicle is required. We reimburse $0.50 per mile for any travel with or between clients.
