Duties
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your duties will include:
- Managing and supervising front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Training new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensuring a smooth flow of service by coordinating with the kitchen staff
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitoring food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance
Skills
