Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Data entry in software
- Manage show room upkeep
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs
- Perform proofreading and transcribing tasks as required
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order entry tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Project coordination experience is a bonus
