Abou the Role:
Are you an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment? We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team! Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll work closely with the Operations Team and Project Managers to ensure that equipment is procured and delivered on time for project installations. You'll handle purchase orders, coordinate incoming equipment from suppliers, and manage shipments to customer sites, all while keeping accurate stock records.

Duties:
The Logistics Coordinator will fulfil the purpose of the role by.
· Managing stock ordering and procurement for US projects from approved suppliers
· Warehouse management, ensuring that all equipment is stored in line with OSHA guidelines and according to manufacturer’s guidelines
· Performing physical stock takes of office stock
· Acceptance of goods/deliveries received into the office
· Booking FedEx deliveries across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
· Keep the stock room organized at all times
· Picking and packing cables and stock required, boxing and delivery of kit to various locations
· Raising Purchase orders for operational assets in line with company policies and procedures
· Responsible for keeping accurate stock records

· Responsible for receipt and dispatch notes and ensuring the CRM system is up to date with accurate delivery information and maintaining real -time records via organizations’ s CRM System.
· Responsible for customs declarations and ensuring goods are shipped using the correct shipping methods
· Providing support to the solutions and sales teams for price checks and stock quantities
· Conducting supplier review meetings to ensure we are receiving the level of service and quality required.
· Proactively monitoring and maintaining minimum stock levels
· Working from stock posting ques via the current CRM system
· Establishing and maintaining effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external contacts.
· Completing required training for the post and striving to meet development objectives.
· Working towards the ‘Fourteen Way’
· Performing any other / or additional duties as dictated by the needs of the business.

Qualifications:
· Previous logistics experience, with telecommunications experience a plus
· Highly organized
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to get the job done with little supervision
· Experience managing third-party vendors preferred but not essential
· Knowledge or experience with Excel, Word, and Salesforce preferred
· Good telephone manner
· Willingness to learn and grow with the role
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
