Role Summary:
- In an ISO 7 Cleanroom, safely operate custom, plastic heat sealing machines to assemble various custom plastic film products according to blueprints.

What does success look like in this role?
- No rework - things are done right the first time.

Objectives:
- Operate plastic heat sealing machines to assemble products
- Follow multi-step processes and blueprints for accurate assembly
- Collaborate with engineering and production team members to ensure quality and on-time delivery of product
- Test assembled products to ensure quality standards are met
- Adhere to and perform strict cleaning procedures
- May be required to learn basic CNC machine operation and utilize the CNC machine in assembly
- Perform additional duties as required by your supervisor from time to time
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams (used for communication)
- 2+ years of general assembly experience that includes blueprint reading

Working Conditions:
- Must be able to engage in the following physical activities: prolonged periods working on feet, bend/stoop, climb stairs/ladders, squat, kneel, push/pull, lift up to 50 lbs, and use vibratory and other basic tools. These functions will be completed on an occasional to frequent basis, depending on the project.
- Expected to work overtime upon supervisor request.
- Required to wear designated PPE
