Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Utilize a computerized system for data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills at all times.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
