We are seeking a dynamic Office Assistant to play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficient operations of our office and providing essential support to our sales department. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Description
The Office Assistant is responsible for the maintaining the office and assisting our sales team.
- Use quick books to generate packing slips and invoices
- Order and maintain office and shop supplies
- Provide general support as needed such as creating estimates for sales representatives
- Manage existing vendor account relationships
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and pricing structure
- Follow up with vendors on job status, production timelines and installation dates
- Report progress to manager and team.
